overpriced

This condo was overpriced for what we got. There is poor lighting throughout. The bathroom is tiny, tiny, tiny and not enough towel racks. All table seating is hightop seating- both inside and outside on the deck. It would have been nice to have had another option for a table. The kitchen has minimal outfitting- no salt & pepper; no saran wrap or aluminum foil. The decor is very very dated- beach decor which did not fit the tiny bare existence apartment.
Last minute Hilton Head trip

Had a great trip to Hilton Head staying in this one bedroom condo. The unit had everything we needed and the bikes were so nice to have. The location was just adjacent to the Alder beach access and an easy half mile walk to Coligny circle. Would definitely rent here again.
Nice stay near the beach

This unit was perfect for us. The bedding, kitchen and bathroom were all clean. It was nice that beach chairs were included. Also the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bikes were a wonderful bonus as well. We used them to get everywhere. Property management was quick to respond to any inquiries and the nicest thing was they allowed late check out for us since we had a late flight and no rental car (we were beyond grateful for this!) We did end up renting a beach umbrella and had to buy our own beach towels to use for the week. Those are two things that would be nice to have at the condo but it had everything else we needed.

Thank you for a great stay in HH. The rental was nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Location was outstanding. We parked our car and rode our bikes everywhere the entire time. Short walk to the beach. Pool proximity is also a plus. Communication was easy and responsive. We even got to check in a little bit early. Would stay here again. Forgot to turn on the dish washer before we left. Sorry.
