1638 Sea Dunes#

As a repeat customer to Amelia Resort properties I was very disappointed in the Cond-unit, 1638 Sea Dunes, that I rented. The 1600 Villas building was excellent and very well kept. The unit I rented was not well kept and needed plenty of maintenance. Upon checkout I was told that the owners were aware of the issue and were arriving after I left to start fixing things. Photos shown on the web site were those used to list the property for sale earlier this year, 2020. Upon arrival we walked in and thought we in the wrong unit. Some furnishings were broken and in very bad shape. I would estimate that the furniture was worth about $500 for the entire unit. I have seen better at Salvation Army stores. Entire unit needed repainting. One cheap by-fold closet door was broken off the track. unsafe strait back chair with broken leg, fold open coffee table with broken hinges, dinning table looked like it had recently removed from a barn and was too filthy to use for dining. The table was covered with find grit embedded in the distressed table top.

Wonderful location and great resort.
