1604 Sea Dunes#

This ground floor, one-bedroom condo was a wonderful place for us for our one month rental. Step out the patio doors, across the grass, and you're on top of the dune, looking at the ocean. The unit was very clean and well-maintained with freshly painted walls and granite countertops. The kitchen was very functional. Dishware was adequate. The stacked W/D wasn't new, but worked like a charm. The bathroom was newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. The furnishings were fine. The WiFi worked great. The rental company was very responsive when we needed assistance. The location was wonderful with easy access to the walking paths, tennis courts, and beach. We walked or biked virtually everywhere we went. We had an amazing stay and have already booked the same unit for next year!

Unit was very nice and roomy. Had most of the amedities. Kitchen lacked proper cooking pots, pans and utensils. Nice to sit outside on patio. Great access to beach.

The washer/dryer and dishwasher were broken. It would have been nice to get a break on the price given that the place wasn't fully equipped as expected.
