14 Sweetwater Oaks Drive#

Krista B. The home is a very nice layout and we really enjoyed the pool and golf cart. Overall, we had a nice stay but unfortunately we had several concerns. The home is extremely dirty. For $6,000 a week, you would expect the home to be clean. The carpet upstairs had stains all over it. To be honest, it was disgusting and we had little kids rolling around on it. I cringed EVERY time. Additionally, the floors were so dirty that it made our feet black when walking around barefoot. Underneath couches and dressers was again disgusting. Aside from the dirt, we had air conditioning issues the entire week which was ironic because they replaced one of the air conditioner on Monday. We lost an entire day in the home. They arrived at 9:15am and didn’t leave until 5pm. With Covid, we were not comfortable being in the house with 4 men. One of our travelers was pregnant and another was a small baby. We also had issues with sink drainage in the master bathroom. Lastly, I was very disappointed with the lack of masks wearing in the Amelia Rentals office.

Our family loved the setting and neighborhood. We enjoyed early morning walks in the neighborhood, golf cart trips to the beach and time at the pool. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The additional bed/bath on the main level allowed my 82 year old mom to have her own space without using stairs. The upstairs provided space for our adult children to hang out and enjoy time together. We did experience several maintenance issues. The management company was responsive and accommodating.
