This is a beautiful Oceanfront condo with a large private balcony located in the Omni Amelia Plantation.
This floor plan has the bedrooms on one side of the condo and the entertaining area on the other.  The very large master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has two Queen sized beds and a bathroom that you can open from the bedroom or the hallway. The kitchen and living room area are very open and perfect for entertaining as the ocean view stretches across the entire unit.  It has a large private balcony overlooking the ocean! Minutes from the downtown Fernandina Beach as well.The Plantation has access to many restaurants, pools, bike paths, etc.2nd floor unit. Not a pet friendly unit

GREAT LOCATION, VERY DATED PROPERTY

Kitchen cabinets coming apart, bathrooms very dated, new fixtures needed. Silly things like twin size pillows in king size shams and cases. Old king mattress. Carpet stained, needs new paint. Vanity bench stained. Plastic dishes, sad flat wear and pans. At the price, we expected better.

Donna D L. Disappointed,the carpet were stained, the TV was small with mediocre reception and only a few local channels, cheap kitchen utensils and towels. The pillows needed to be changed out. The good news is that the rooms are large, the view is stunning and the response time from Amelia Island Rentals was quick. Also, the elevator stops between floors, so if you can't walk up stairs, that's another problem.

ALWAYS A GREAT STAY!

This is our 5th year at Amelia Island but our first staying at Ship Watch. The view from our condo was amazing. The beach uncrowded and lovely as ever. My only issue is that we didn't have full cable. We are spoiled like that with wanting cartoons in the evening for the kids. Always bring DVDs. I can't decide if I like Beachwalker or Ship Watch better but we already can't wait for next year.
