WORST VACATION RENTAL EVER

Kayla H. First, let me start by saying the property photos are deceiving on the location- there are about 500 steps to the beach and there are 2 flights of steps to take before you get there- these are not shown in the pictures. Also, there are 3 flights of steps in the condo which are not shown in the pics. Ran out of hot water every evening and all thru the night there was a banging from one of the mechanical systems. The worst thing is that on the last two nights the first alarm went off constantly for 3-4 hours and the fire dept came out one night twice- so got no rest. The resort amenities are nice- but overall would not recommend this accommodation or stay again. I have never had such a bad experience with a vacation rental.

After a 2 hour wait for check-in and not getting the keys until 6pm because the property wasn't ready, we ended up overall disappointed due to the constant construction noises from the condo next door, and ended up leaving a day early.

Great place suited our needs well. Elevator in building worked on and off the whole time, very frustrating when trying to leave with all you stuff .Needs to be checked and fixed.
